The staff at the reception is so helpful and professional. There is an entrance to a botanical garden and it’s very convenient. I traveled to more than 100 countries, staying in the best hotels and I may say that this hotel meets all standards of 5* hotel. The only problem is that I wanted to stay here one more night on my way back but the hotel is fully booked on this day.

To be honest I liked the hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly albeit there was sometimes limited English. A special thanks to the man who managed to break the lock on my case after I had lost the key. There was a hint of local flavour. It is some distance from the town centre and casbah but taxis are not expensive even when paying "tourist" prices. The problem was no WIFI at all in the room at a time when I needed to be in touch with various parties to ensure the that my onward journey would be successful. there was WIFI in reception and bar but given that my room was on the 10th floor this required some organisation to use.
