Bürgenstock
Situated 450 metres above Lake Lucerne on the Bürgenberg mountain, in the Bürgenstock Resort, the Waldhotel Health & medical Excellence was designed by star architect Matteo Thun and features the Waldhotel Spa and Verbena Restaurant with its own bar on site. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The room was so spacious with a cute little garden. The view to the alpine mountain was amazing. It was quiet, close to the nature, the lake view amazing. I even liked the smell of the cows. And the Spa was so good. I’ll come back for sure.
Vitznau
The luxurious Park Hotel Vitznau right at the banks of Lake Lucerne has been entirely renovated in 2012 and 2013 and features its own private beach, 2 restaurants, a large spa area and free garage parking. Amazing hotel. Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Fantastic staff, lication and facilities.
Ennetbürgen
Rising high on Mount Bürgenstock, this early 1900s villa offers luxurious rooms with balconies and a heated infinity pool overlooking Lake Lucerne. Facilities include a private cinema and a wellness centre. Pool is the best view I have ever seen. Facilities are full of options. Staffs are friendly and have service mind. The hotel has very good food and restaurants.

The facility of the hotel is new and good condition, the people who working in the hotel are very nice.

The blinds were amazing for the first night after international travel/jetlag. The vibe was eclectic and unique and the staff were incredible. Lovely experience - absolutely recommend.

Everything was superb. View from window, was outstanding. Distance for visiting villages and mountains great. Very nice place and stay, the most localisation and swimming pool and garage.
A superb, well appointed location central to the Old Town and places of interest and city/lake views. The hotel was very high spec, luxurious and has lost none of its slightly "old world" charm. The staff were efficient, helpful and very friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and smart and importantly, quiet. The view immediately over the lake towards the historic old town and several bridges extended to views of snow capped alpine mountains.
This is an amazing place to stay in Luzern. Outstanding service from everyone we interacted, the people responsible for cleaning the room, the people in the reception, the room service, everyone responded in a friendly and efficient way, even when we needed special help. Big rooms and comfortable beds. We wished all five start hotels were like yours. Congratulations!
We liked the location. We liked the facilities: private beach and pool. We were upgraded to a lake view room. Room was very modern and nice. We enjoyed the restaurant with the beautiful terrace. It is not chick 5 star hotel. But for the price and location it offers a lot.
Everything was more than perfect. This is a full 5 stars hotel not 4 stars. Each detail was perfect more than any expectations. Staff is incredibly professional, welcoming, kind and efficient.
this is not a 5-star hotel and, obviously, should not be compared in that way. having said that, it is really an excellent hotel. we will recommend it to our friends. the staff is nice, the breakfast is great = best we had for a long time - staying in many hotels around the world in the last 6 months. the location is excellent - easy to reach any important spot in luzern by just walking. we never used a car, not even a bus - just walking
The host Christine is nice and helpful quick response to all we need. The apartment is close to station and located in the old town All facilities are well equipped the kitchen the bathroom are nice It beyond my expectations and it is a 5 stars apartment strongly recommended
amazing delicious breakfast level of 5 stars. collection of Swiss cheese is wonderful. everything was very tasty honestly it’s very rare that what ever I tried for breakfast was tastes great. I got big joy from breakfast. the room and hotel by self, even doors are very clean, interesting wooden old style equipped room was very nice
Excellent breakfast buffet, 5 star service. The best view from hotel in Weggis. Fantastic dinners at the hotel, chef is good at both traditional and creative cuisine. They have a garden menu if you sit by the lake. Must try their restaurant food. It is also a great spot for sunset.
Breakfast was superb, five star quality - with several leaf teas that you can brew yourself in a teapot - exceptional, great wifi, views from the room were sensational, jacuzzi on the top floor are fun to use (needs pre-booking), white bath robes are comfy and fluffy, slippers provided are comfortable, toiletries adequate, free parking provided, tea/coffee facilities in the room, items in minibar included in the price
