The Culture and Convention Centre and the train station are only a 10-minute walk away. Wonderful stay ever, luxury construction style plus best service. I hope to visit again. I have had a great memory in Lucerne.

Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Amazing location, amazing food, amazing staff, beautiful scenery, beautiful accommodations. Exceeded all of my expectations.

The luxurious Park Hotel Vitznau right at the banks of Lake Lucerne has been entirely renovated in 2012 and 2013 and features its own private beach, 2 restaurants, a large spa area and free garage parking. World-class in everything they do. Best in class spa and facilities. Amazing restaurant and food.
Ennetbürgen
Rising high on Mount Bürgenstock, this early 1900s villa offers luxurious rooms with balconies and a heated infinity pool overlooking Lake Lucerne. Facilities include a private cinema and a wellness centre. Hospitality was great. The staff, specially Mr. Marcel, Adrian and a young lay from the restaurant were outstanding 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

The blinds were amazing for the first night after international travel/jetlag. The vibe was eclectic and unique and the staff were incredible. Lovely experience - absolutely recommend.

The rom had a nice view & was clean. But best of all was the staff - both the bar staff downstairs & the ppl who replied to emails & texts. They were very prompt, answered all my questions & offered help very quickly. They even checked in on me a few times. And when I had a problem with the safe in the room there was someone downstairs who came with me & fixed it right away. Bonus points for this guys! Five stars for service minded. Much appreciated.
The location is epic, you can see the lake from the room, there are lots of bathrooms and seperate toilet upstairs, the receptionist was very friendly and helped out of their ways to help me find out the free car park for the night and laundry, probably the top of hostel I have stayed for the whole Europe, Switzerland, UK trip, highly recommended, literally redefined the old impression I had with normal hostels, they deserve a five star ⭐️
Although located in an old building, clean, spotless hotel. Not much furniture in the room, but everything you need - water, toiletries. Ideal location - very quiet with outstanding view at Luzerne lake . Gives the vibe of old classy hotels, that I was specifically looking for. The staff was very welcoming
Location was superb, being a short walk from the Luzern main train station and many places of interest. The hotel staff are super-friendly. This is a fine example of a 3-star hotel giving guests a 5-star treatment. Checking in was easy and was given a city map with explanations on how to move around. The family room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is provided although it had limited variety but we still enjoyed it.

Everything was more than perfect. This is a full 5 stars hotel not 4 stars. Each detail was perfect more than any expectations. Staff is incredibly professional, welcoming, kind and efficient.
The host Christine is nice and helpful quick response to all we need. The apartment is close to station and located in the old town All facilities are well equipped the kitchen the bathroom are nice It beyond my expectations and it is a 5 stars apartment strongly recommended
amazing delicious breakfast level of 5 stars. collection of Swiss cheese is wonderful. everything was very tasty honestly it’s very rare that what ever I tried for breakfast was tastes great. I got big joy from breakfast. the room and hotel by self, even doors are very clean, interesting wooden old style equipped room was very nice
Excellent breakfast buffet, 5 star service. The best view from hotel in Weggis. Fantastic dinners at the hotel, chef is good at both traditional and creative cuisine. They have a garden menu if you sit by the lake. Must try their restaurant food. It is also a great spot for sunset.
