It features 4 restaurants, exclusive spa facilities, and panoramic views of the city, Lake Geneva, and the Alps. The bed was incredibly comfortable and sheets were just perfect. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The service was top-knotch. I would like to particularly acknowledge Guillame at the front desk who extended my check-out without any hesitation. The concierge team ( especially Christophe and Wilson) was extraordinary and they provided the best service ever. They made our family stay superb. One last person I would like to acknowledge was Delphine at the spa. She was so kind to my daughters and her smile was just angelic. Overall, everything far exceeded our expectations! Thank you! We will definitely be back!
