It features 4 restaurants, exclusive spa facilities, and panoramic views of the city, Lake Geneva, and the Alps. It was amazing. A short stay, but a wonderful one. The hotel is incredible, with a view that makes you want to stay in your room. The staff all over the hotel were amazing and helped us to get a boat and enjoy the water. Would love to come back.

Furthermore the spa features an indoor swimming pool with underwater music, a jacuzzi, a steam bath, a sauna, a baroque-style fitness room, massages and a beauty centre. everything was perfect - as my schedule was jammed and I was due to arrive at around 9am - the team responded to my "backward" booking quickly and prepared the room for my arrival! Breakfast was excellent (and the cafe with the terrace), the room was clean and comfy, special thanks to Emma at the reception desk

The UN headquarters, the financial district and the Rue du Rhone can be reached in a short walk. Amazing staff and location. The best hotel in town. 4s is posh but no soul. This has British soul with swiss heritage. Only address if you can afford it.

The hotel offers you luxurious yet unpretentious accommodation and excellent dining. Guests will sleep within walls steeped in history beside the adjoining St. Pierre Cathedral. Absolutely stunning hotel with excellent staff, 9/10 for attention to detail. The only Hotels I've stayed that would be better would be some of the five-star hotels in the big chains like the Ritz-Carlton group, but in Switzerland and this time of year you'd be talking multiples of the price we paid to stay here. Genuinely brilliant boutique Hotel. Location was probably the best of any city stay hotel I've been to. Thanks to Tom especially for his help with booking tickets etc. Hotel restaurant was also a genuine treat with the traditional Swiss Fare explained by good waiting staff. Well worth booking for your first night in my opinion.
