The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. It offers a salt-water outdoor pool, an indoor pool, alpine mediterranean cuisine and parking. The location of the hotel right on Lake Thun was spectacular and the areas for dining or enjoying a pre-dinner drink overlooking the lake was a wonderful plus. The grounds are beautifully cared for with gorgeous flowers and palm trees. The food was extremely good, the spa facilities were top-rate and the gracious staff made our stay such a pleasure. A special thank you to the staff for our surprise at dinner on our 50th wedding anniversary!

It features a large spa area with a steam bath, different saunas and a tepidarium. Different indoor and outdoor swimming pools and an outdoor hot tub are also provided. The property is very homey and cozy. Beautiful views. Perfect location. Access to ski slopes close by.

Guests can also pamper themselves in the exclusive wellness centre or relax in the private on-site cinema. Fantastic Property. Central location 5 minutes from train station and main street shops and restaurants. Staff is amazing and friendly, meals at restaurants on property were phenomenal. Half Board option for hotel guests was a great touch - four course menu that changes nightly and keeps things fresh. Beautiful amenities as well - spa and indoor pool were very nice. Would stay again in a heart beat if returning to Gstaad.

Opened in December 2012, this luxurious 5-star hotel in Gstaad was built in elegant Swiss Alpine style, featuring natural materials like marble, sandstone and aged wood. The Alpina Gstaad features 3 restaurants and its own cinema. Great location. Breakfast pastries could be better. Oatmeal/milk too mushy. Sadly those are the things I usually have for breakfast.

Unwind in the relaxed lobby bar, the stylish Bar du Grill or the famous GreenGo nightclub. It was perfect in every way. The attention to detail and amazing waiters and waitresses just outstanding. Gorgeous hotel, most amazing facilities, incredible service, stunning location, beautiful spa and indoor, outdoor swimming pool. Everyone was absolutely delightful and helpful. It was memorable every moment. Divine music at dinner, outstanding musicians.
