A five-star oasis in Cleveland! This was a haven of comfort and style. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel like VIP guests. The space was not only impeccably clean but also beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and we left with only positive memories. We'll definitely be back

Tremendous value, with the free breakfast, free dinner and happy hour with 2 drinks. Also, location was superb, as we were able to walk to the Cavaliers game, and free currency museum was right across the road. Easy walk to the Arcade, and Heinen's too. Our room, 2 Queen Beds was HUGE as well.

Its wasn't perfect, but that's to be expected for a Hotel that is 92 years old. The history and the all the antique features were what made this place so great. The staff was outstanding

The location is amazing. The furniture and interior is superb. I really loved all the fittings including kitchen and bathroom. Very easy to enter and secured as well.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and the building was beautiful. Centrally located to so much the city has to offer. The bar and other common areas had a luxury feel to them and everything was so nice and CLEAN!
