The complex is vast, offering plenty of activities and quiet spots for relaxation. Our room was pleasant, featuring the sea view I had booked and an excellent Wi-Fi connection—the best I’ve experienced in a hotel.

We really liked the cleanness of the room and the general areas. Also the food at the restaurants was really good especially the homemade ice cream and the Ayvalık balikcisi. Breakfast was top notch as well!

Location is superb. The staff are all so nice. Special mention to Ali an absolute gent, a problem server.. The attached restaurant is amazing with exquisite food. Make sure to eat here not only for the taste but also the prices. If you want space and views go for the deluxe with sea view, outstanding.

The breakfast was good with a large variety, the Staff were very friendly, super swimming pool , and one thing that makes the Sergin hotel stand out from the rest is the Fridge in the room we have stayed in the 5-star hotels with no Fridge, Overall well worth a stay.

The apartment was fantastic, everything you could want was there and the decor was fab. Breathtaking views from the front balcony. This hotel is amazing in every way. The attention to detail within the rooms, service and the design of the hotel is perfect. Each morning Hussain greets you with a superb Turkish breakfast so well presented. It is definitely a 5 star experience staying there. Melek was so attentive and helpful as were all the staff. This hotel is precious BUT is the manager and the staff that make it even more. they make you feel home, they smile and create a good vibe. In the afternoon the manager shares the tea and pastry with his employees and the guests, in the garden.
