Everything in this property is perfect. From the first step till checkout. The staff is so nice ,professional and always ready to help. We stayed in the garden villa which has it’s own private pool. The villa is so nice. Everything in it was clean and it includes anything you might need. The views from the villa are wonderful. We had the half-board option and thanks god for that. The food in the restaurant is so tasty and every time a new dish with different options to choose from. The staff working in this hotel from the reception to the restaurant are all very friendly and helpful. For sure we will come back to alya kartepe.

Good hotel with good location ,clean & comfortable . Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly reception lady ,she was extremely nice. I unfortunately do not remember her name,but I know that she's an arabic speaker. A special thanks to Abdullah who made my stay more enjoyable and easy,he's an excellent worker and extremely professional. breakfast was excellent with a large choise of food!
