Beautiful palace in the centre of the medina. Rooms are classy and fantastically decorated, great breakfast is served in a beautiful mezanine. The receptionist Seeada, and Abdul Sattar and the manager Sami are incredibly nice and welcoming.

As a guest of a 5 star hotel, I was expecting high standard. The hotel did not dissapoint me in this sense, everything worked well, I had wonderful views from the room, which was really clean and tidied up every day. Friendly helpful staff, great location and breakfast was exceptional with a wide range of choices, definitely a 5 star hotel breakfast. The balcony was a huge plus as was the central location. The security was excellent. The history of the hotel and interior art displays were very interesting. We really enjoyed our stay and would return if visiting Tunis again.
This is a good budget hotel. If you're expecting 4-5 stars, it's not for you. It has a great location. Very easy walk into the souk, and is in a peaceful quiet street. The traditional architecture is very pleasant to sleep in. The staff were helpful, we got advice for restaurants and tips of how to get to the airport. The hotel is only a short walk from the taxi street as the road isn't accessible by car. Takes 2mins.

Incredibly helpful and accommodating staff! My flight into Tunis got cancelled meaning I arrived the following day and I was permitted to stay beyond my check out time at no extra cost to allow me to catch up on sleep. The owner went above and beyond to help me with a local SIM card and provided my with luggage storage. 5 stars!!!
