Such a memorable experience that I am going to cherish my entire life. The moment I checked in to the property, it felt like I stepped in history. Beautifully maintained place, as it retained the true old spirit. Amazing personnel who were willing to help. Team is not young by age, but truly service oriented and their presence add to the charm of the whole experience. I was taken for a walk around by couple of team members (Reem & Iman) to show me, with pride, the various corners of the Palace. You know it is way better in reality than in pics. Thank you to Reem for her excellent introduction to the property. Also, I appreciate Iman for the courtesy and lovely check in experience, and choices provided to me. I will always remember the wittiness of Rajaa, and her cheeky way to make me smile. Thank you to Uncle Khalifa for his care in giving me directions around the Medina. Finally, thank you to the Haytham who carried my luggage and took some pics for me, and Hamdy for sorting the hot water issue in a minute!
