This boutique hotel was amazing from top to bottom. Check in was a breeze. We were greeted with a warm welcome and drinks. Breakfast was a la carte but not short of options and super delicious. The room and facilities were clean. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to attend to our needs in a very efficient manner. It felt like a home away from home. The bath salts, divine tea selection and beautiful bathroom provided for a great finish to long days of sightseeing. The hotel also provided a free mini bar and snacks upon arrival. It’s located in Nimman, one of the most upscale areas of Chiang Mai. We did a tour to Chiang Rai through the hotel and it far exceeded our expectations. Every recommendation they made was fabulous! Can’t wait to return. Thank you Sensei Nimman Hotel and staff for your gracious and warm hospitality!

This is a resort to enjoy as a point of relaxation and total tranquility. If you want to party, do not come here. They have around 20 beautiful villas with private swimming pool for each. For us it was great. However, you will not see many other guests; I don´t know why, but we stayed for a week and had the feeling we were alone. Tom the manager took really good care of us and whatever we asked for in terms of travel and entertainment, he delivered.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they decorated the bed and added rose petals to the bathtub. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. It is a small hotel, and very quiet. The building itself is updated like new, and very clean.

Stayed here for three nights - overall extraordinary experience. It's a perfect getaway if you want to stay away from the crowd in Chiang Mai. As small as the hotel gets, you can still stay at the property for two entire days without thinking to leave. Although it was really pricey for New Year's eve, the hotel prepared a fancy night dinner + outdoor party + fireworks for every guests who want to be part of it, for free. Staffs are of course friendly. The place is well maintained and with good taste - got lots of photo taken.
