2000 hotel is ideal for travellers who want to the comfort and amenities but also want a good price and a central location in the middle of the real life and sechluded behind the gated 5 stars hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is very varied with a lot of fresh produce. The internet is perfect. Very happy to have stayed there and will definetely come back.

Amazing location, amazing interior design, extraordinary people from maid to restaurant staff up to boss, everyone is taking the job really to perfection. Thanks for letting us extending in the penthouse, one of the perhaps most beautiful and memorable places I have visited in Eastern Africa and all over the world in more than 20yrs intensive (200+ nights per year) traveling

ONOMO hotel Kigali far exceeded my expectations. I came with a bias from the ONOMO Uganda experience which was not very great, but the Kigali one, exceptional service, great customer care, great food (breakfast was way beyond 5 star experience).

My recent stay at Rwandeka for a week was exceptional and went by so fast!!!. The warm welcome from Ahmed was warmful, and incredibly comfortable bed made it an addiction to stay there. The the chef offered delicious food, and the amenities, including a well-equipped wifi and application added to the experience. The standout, however, was the exceptional customer service, they make you feel like you are family and you are at home . If you seek comfort, and superb service, I highly recommend Rwandeka.

The hosts were good. Sonia, was very very helpful for our stay in Kigali. Vanessa at the front desk was very friendly and helped us to settle in, and Yvonne Ingabire was so hospitable and supportive whenever we needed anything. The responses on WhatsApp were always prompt at anytime of the day. It was a 5 Star customer service overall.

Very friendly, doing their best. Nice veranda with a great view of the downtown hill. rudimentary but cosy setting. terrific location, in house Chef is a luxury, if you bring the patience. it is a good offering in its own class. Minor upgrades could make a tremendous impact though.

This apartment is one of the best we ever stayed in Rwanda. The place was very clean to a 5 star standard, the kitchen is modern and above all the amazing view of the golf course. The host arranged us an airport pick up and answered all our emails. The apartment has 24h reception in very posh neighbourhood with lots restaurants. We hope to return next year and stay again. Thank you to all staff and specially Yves who went above to arrange us an airport pick up and recommended us some places to visit in Kigali.
