The reception area is stunning. I appreciated the following: 1) the conceiges were polite and professional. I appreciated the day private boat trip to the Dimaniyat Islands, they arranged for me to go snorkeling. 2) Most of the staff were friendly and very helpful 3) I highly recommend the Omani chicken kabuli and jarjeer salad, as well as the seafood pizza (it is the best I have ever eaten!) from in-room dining. 4) The room and shower were spacious and clean. 5) The breakfast was great, with a wide variety.

What truly sets JW Marriott apart is the extra effort they put into every aspect of their service. Whether it was the personalized welcome note & refreshments waiting for me in my room or the complimentary upgrade to a room with a beautiful view, then to top it off personalized birthday display with a cake and refreshments waiting for me when I returned from a day out. Every detail was carefully truly made my Birthday. Thank You ! The amenities offered by the hotel were also top-notch. From the exquisite dining options at Kitchen 7 to the state-of-the-art fitness center which was breath taking. Benji & Nadeeka were all so kind and helpful, really going the extra mile to make sure we was taken care of. For example always checking with us to have our sun beds ready awaiting for us ,bringing fresh cold water and assisting us using the facilities they have for us to use. Overall, my stay at JW Marriott Muscat was nothing short of exceptional. I am incredibly grateful for the extra effort the staff put in to make my visit truly unforgettable. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning in the future.

Non stop entertainment.. they have nice event on Wednesday and Thursday if you don’t want to go out from hotel, bar and music with dj just around the corner. I loved everything about this hotel. Extremely exquisite with a beautiful reception, pool area, dining area and beyond. My room was absolutely stunning, spacious and the bathroom had a fancy bathtub, shower and area to get ready. The bed was very comfortable. I had enough space to work and lounge with a huge sofa right by the window.
