We had a great stay in the Fort Guesthouse. The Suite was neat and clean having Omani style beautiful interior and with the required facilities available including kitchen appliances and cutlery. Hotel Manager Mubarak and his wife were very warm and welcoming. There is nice breakfast available at very reasonable price. Corniche and muttrah area is at walkable distance from the property. The apartment is even better than what it looks like in the pictures - the main room is huge... great for families. Everything works well (wifi, water, etc) - amazing views and very well kept! Only thing to be aware of is that there is no elevator and you need to climb 3 floors (no big deal, but to keep in mind if you have reduced mobility). The community is lovely. It was very quiet during Ramadan, but we could still eat in the restaurants there and shop in the minimarket. Definitely worth it.
