What truly sets JW Marriott apart is the extra effort they put into every aspect of their service. Whether it was the personalized welcome note & refreshments waiting for me in my room or the complimentary upgrade to a room with a beautiful view, then to top it off personalized birthday display with a cake and refreshments waiting for me when I returned from a day out. Every detail was carefully truly made my Birthday. Thank You ! The amenities offered by the hotel were also top-notch. From the exquisite dining options at Kitchen 7 to the state-of-the-art fitness center which was breath taking. Benji & Nadeeka were all so kind and helpful, really going the extra mile to make sure we was taken care of. For example always checking with us to have our sun beds ready awaiting for us ,bringing fresh cold water and assisting us using the facilities they have for us to use. Overall, my stay at JW Marriott Muscat was nothing short of exceptional. I am incredibly grateful for the extra effort the staff put in to make my visit truly unforgettable. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning in the future.

The best option you can choose in Muscat, great hotel in quite location close to the beach and other restaurants. Pool area is great and open 24x7 for hotel guests. The amazing experience from check-in to check-out (also with transport to airport). I think, it's a waste of time to describe the lot of option for breakfast buffet :-). I loved everything about this hotel. Extremely exquisite with a beautiful reception, pool area, dining area and beyond. My room was absolutely stunning, spacious and the bathroom had a fancy bathtub, shower and area to get ready. The bed was very comfortable. I had enough space to work and lounge with a huge sofa right by the window.
