Nice hotel tucked away in the jungle. Staff is super friendly. There are a few included activities e.g. Mexican ritual in the Temazcal (something like a sauna), yoga and you can bike to the nearest cenote. Food here is good (we didn't have the breakfast though because we wanted to leave early to go to Coba) and we loved the agua frescas here!

beautiful property. small but luxe at the same time. staff was sooo friendly and great. I’m forgetful and left stuff laying around on the roof like my coverup and cigarettes and they were returned to me like immediately before I even noticed I left them. left my shirt in the bedding by accident upon leaving and they texted me to let me know so I could pick it up. just overall awesome helpful staff that made my stay great and amazingly beautiful facilities. food was actually really decent too. wish they had a more middle eastern or Mediterranean menu instead of burgers just because of the theme of the hotel but overall amazing stay. I’d stay again for sure

They even surprised me with a special welcome treat in my room, which was a delightful touch. The hotel's restaurant served delicious cuisine, and I enjoyed every meal I had there. The chef's creativity and the use of fresh, local ingredients made dining at the hotel a memorable experience. One evening, I needed help arranging transportation for an restaurant reservation and not only the hotel staff not only organized it for me but also followed up to ensure everything went smoothly. Their commitment to making my stay stress-free was truly remarkable. The location of Mi Amor was also fantastic, with easy access to Tulum's beautiful beaches and vibrant nightlife.
