Breakfast was amazing, they had a little something for everyone. and every morning was a little different from the last but the service was consistant. Kind of disappointed they didn't offer couple massagaes but overall there weren't anything problematic with our booking. We used the subway which is a little walk but not too bad. The rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable. I also wish to brag about the room servicebeing fast, kind and just going beyond. They really did make my stay the best.

The room was large and comfortable. Lots of space and the couch was great. Superb view of the Han river from the room with large windows. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The staff were all super lovely and kind.
When the accommodation is just as important as the destination, a five-star stay should give that extra ‘wow’ factor as you enter the lobby. As well as offering the kind of service to make you feel like royalty, you’ll usually find highly rated on-site spas, gourmet restaurants and top-of-the-line beds you won’t want to get out of.
The staff is very professional and the room is clean.

Being able to return to my room that feels like home right after concert at Inspire Arena. The room deserves the 5 stars rating with all the facilities although the price is a bit on the high side.
I was surprised to see the reviews. This is a 3 star hotel. However, there are many people who mistake it for a 5 star hotel. I felt it. There is no other 3-star hotel around here at this price and this level of service.
It is a 5 star hotel resort but frankly speaking it doesn’t live up to it. The pool indoor is a joke and the service is bad. You find that finding your room or even the wellness club is a challenge. There is just very bad poor signages and most staff can’t even speak English.
We had not planned to stay here but only did so because our 10pm flight was delayed until 5 am. The hotel is a true 5 star experience. Rooms were quiet, beds were comfortable.
The hotel was modern and close to the airport! The staff were outstanding, the gentleman at the front desk helped us order food after all other restaurants had closed. The beds were super comfortable, the room was spotless and the bathroom was 5 star. Very happy and would definitely return.
