It was a great hotel. The staff was very welcoming, and the common areas were great. The room was big, clean, overall comfortable, with a great bathroom. The location is quite convenient, especially for exiting by car on one day trips, although it takes some time to go to the main commercial Boulevard, and you should do that by taxi. The surroundings are ok, with some dining options. There are two restaurants in the hotel which offer overall good quality. Great valet parking service and effective. Breakfast was extraordinary.

I stayed in many hotels in Amman with rating 3-5 stars. Staff and location were always good including this hotel. However, this is the only hotel that stood out in terms of cleanliness, organisation and value for money, will definitely be my choice for any future stays

Hilton Amman currently has a 9.5 rating on booking. We were very surprised when we arrived at the property on how they achieved that level. I gave it 5 stars here, I would have rated it between 7 and 8 otherwise. I'll explain my rating below.

The hotel is a 2 stars, so don't have 5 stars expectations. But for the proposed price, honestly is an excellent choice!
Very good breakfast, the staff is more than friendly, the owner is always there ready to support in anything you need.
The location is fantastic, 10 minutes on foot from the City Castle, a full street of bazars and shopping.
The room is spacious, clean, even if not luxurious.
The property is outstanding - value for money is excellent as the facilities are extraordinary.
There is a spa, which is included under the standard room rate (except for massage, obviously).
Breakfast is superb - the best one I had in Jordan by far (much more premium vs. other hotels such as Landmark which is also 5 stars).
