Impeccable service by all staff - courteous and helpful no matter the issue. The room (2- bedroom suite) was perfect - clean, spacious, comfortable. This will be my go-to as far as hotels in Baghdad go. The pricing is better than others. Beware of other hotels that have formidable lobbies but mediocre (or worse rooms). Shaheen Hotel did not disappoint.
