Situated in Baghdad, فندق بغداد Baghdad International Hotel offers warmly decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi. It offers an outdoor pool, a spa and 2 restaurants. It is just a 5-minute walk from central Baghdad.

We booked a double room overlooking the pool. We had a patio and also overlooked the Tigris river. It was so serene. Staff were very nice. Many spoke English. Full breakfast, heated indoor pool, sauna and steam room were nice discoveries. We felt very safe and the front guards were very helpful with tips and securing taxis. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Looking for a five-star hotel?

When the accommodation is just as important as the destination, a five-star stay should give that extra ‘wow’ factor as you enter the lobby. As well as offering the kind of service to make you feel like royalty, you’ll usually find highly rated on-site spas, gourmet restaurants and top-of-the-line beds you won’t want to get out of.

The hotel itself is pretty nice, large, oldschool rooms with full interior. The breakfast was superb with a large selection of hot Iraqi dishes. Location is where all the other hotels for foreigners are, you'll need a car/ taxi to get around in Baghdad anyway, but this one is in walking distance of both Tahrir and Firdos Square.

Lovely hotel! Superb location, walking distance to Tahrir yet distant enough to be quiet at night. The staff are just ON TOP OF IT ALL! Need a sim-card? They'll hook you up. Need advice on a local shawarma with specific requests? They know it all. In need of info before travelling (domestic and international)? They're like the local Wikipedia. I've honestly never felt such trust for any hotel staff anywhere else. Thank you for making my visit MAGICAL!

The location is perfect. Tahrir square is an easy walk. The hotel is on a very quiet street but in 300 meter you can find a nice busy street full of food stalls selling everything from chicken kebab to grilled fish. Many of this stall open until very late so it's very convenient. The hotel itself is run by a very friendly staff, and these people can help you with almost everything. Rooms are fairly clean and comfortable, breakfast is good.

We stay only for one night, and really this hotel superb and very comfortable, everythings are good and as new, the cleaning rate too high, the room contain small kitchen and good size bathroom. The staff very welcoming, and helpful. Nur resturant at the top 7th floor with fantastic view over Abu Nawas street on side on revier, they offer many options of food, drinks and Narigilla, with good price.

Great value for money in a superb location just off Abu Nuwas Street, next to the Palestine Hotel (which is several times the price and a little seedy nowadays). Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel has an old world charm. Staff are friendly and helpful, and speak good English.
