Our Stay at the Savoy was pleasant and comfortable. Since it is a heritage hotel, they cannot do a major upgrade .
Lacks some creature comforts and plushness associated. Very avergae spa and gym.
Rates are rather high for this kind of property without any breakfast.

They have a canteen within the premises, so no worries about food. . The location was awesome and excellent, I had a chance to stay in a balcony view room with greenery nature.. I would give 5 starts for their service, room service canteen and overall
The food in the restaurant was amazing. Barani (food service boy) and Chef Basant were outstanding.

The hotel manager (Mr. Laxminarayan) was always available to ensure that my stay was absolutely comfortable.
The location of the hotel is excellent with everything close by. The hotel staff and the Chef were brilliant and we want to compliment them on their etiquette and friendliness. Special thanks to both Ms. JHANSI and Ms. SINDHU who were ever so helpful and always with a smile and Vanakam greeting. Mr. JOHN from the front desk also was very kind and caring. To be honest the staff including the doorman and the concierge boys were good. Five stars to the staff. Coming back soon 😊

The place was clean and well maintained, everything from Wifi, hot showers, room heater, food was available. Thanks to Anand, Priya n Mathew who were very kind and helpful anytime we called them. In IJK they provide breakfast and dinner with limited menu. but the quality of the food is awesome. Mr. James don't add any additives or colouring agents. I will give 5 stars all because of James and Jasmine.
All i can say is superb. The location is quite silent and located 4 kms away from ooty town. Its meticulously clean and value for money. Food is good. Overall 5 star for the staff behavior and attitude. I will surely recommended this property for those who are looking for privacy family resort in ooty.
Prime location, Economy stay, fantastic staffs very good, superb tasty food from restaurant attached to this property, car parking was nice though not a easy go park because it's a residential cum lodging. Overall a good bet for a 3.5 star rating, but may not be suitable for hi-fi families looking for a lavish 4star and above treatment. Also excellent money value for group of people. I am giving this review inspite of no discount given to me when I requested during checkout, but still my honest feedback is this.
