One of the Best places in The heritage town of Pondicherry, we felt home with the staff and Madame Bitasta she is very welcoming and made our stay Lovely , Priya and all the staff were nice and helpful. Clean , well decorated and the location is 5 stars. We had a late check out and we left our luggage there and spent time in the common area with a nice cup of tea offered by Madame Bitasta and her daughter.

If you are looking at a property for a family stay, it is recommended to stay here. Facilities are nice, and the food is pretty good. Service of the staff is also worth mentioning, however they need to be mentored more to deal with customers to make it same as other five star properties. Rajni at help desk is quite helpful.
It is a great place to stay in with clean rooms and good ambience the overall stay was pleasant and the guy at the reception is really helpful.
The person who does the service is amazing and very helpful. The 5 stars are for his ‘service with a smile’ attitude!

its clean, its well located, it has all amenities you can think of, the staff is so polite and willing to assist you, the pool was nice, the room had amazing features, the lounges were superb.

Surprisingly the room size and smartly controlled by gadgets which added to our experience. This property checks all boxes of 5 star+.. staff hospitality, chefs - Vivek & Joy detailing on menu for global palate, indoor well maintained pool and class apart spa.
The attention of all the Staff - 5 Stars to all of them, with a bit more extract for the Ladies (Annamma/ Pachiamma/ Sweta/ Aswini/ Savita)
Annamma and others were very patient at breakfast, and dished some yummy breakfast.
The old gentleman, caretaking during night is an angel - he guided us and answered all our queries.

It's luxurious...as per the name of lap of luxury ☺️...room is so clean and everything is good...and that mini bar setup is cool but the products are in that was costly...so keep some low budget good products on that... And the breakfast is superb... literally good☺️ staffs and service is good..
