The Savoy Hotel, five-star hotel in Limerick

The Savoy is a boutique hotel right in the centre of Limerick, between historic King John's Castle and the landmark that is Thomond Park. Overlooking the River Shannon, it offers 3 restaurants and luxurious bedrooms with free Wi-Fi. Limerick's shops, museums and restaurants are only minutes away.

The executive lounge was very convenient for coffees and snacks. The staff was incredibly attentive. The bed was very comfortable. The location was good and had food and grocery very close by

    I loved the staff reception, there was a very gentle and very warm welcoming lady called Nathaly in the reception when clocking out, and she was so warming and with a big smile that literally made my day, I have been travelling for several places around Limerick and have found no other hotel service like that one. The room was in great conditions, the only thing I would say was the kettle that would be turning off automatically, but with the customer service at the reception I will give a 5 star.

    We arrived with my sister in a wheelchair, and such a good feeling that everything is so spacey, so well organized, and Az amazing colorful staff of young people all sooo friendly!     Staff are very friendly. Lianne goes out of her way to make your stay perfect. We (partner and I) watched the Limerick game here and had a fabulous time. The food is outstanding and excellent value for money, a must try is the fresh cod or fresh scampi dishes. The many restaurant and bar staff also make you feel at home, great personalities and characters. I have stayed here many times, this time was for 3 days and will continue to stay here, 5 star service.

    Exceptional welcome and treatment from an extremely efficient and reliable staff. The breakfast was superb once again. This cannot be beaten by any five star hotel I have used in Ireland. The location of The George makes it the one of the most sought after in Limerick city. Thanks for a truly memorable visit.
