Looking for a five-star hotel?
When the accommodation is just as important as the destination, a five-star stay should give that extra ‘wow’ factor as you enter the lobby. As well as offering the kind of service to make you feel like royalty, you’ll usually find highly rated on-site spas, gourmet restaurants and top-of-the-line beds you won’t want to get out of.
Their executive room is the best value in Medan and beyond. Breakfast is very rich, they have a business center too, not sure why the hotel is only 3-star, maybe due to it's relatively small size or the immediate surroundings (location is centric but outside street is a bit dusty and hectic). But the experience is 5 star, at least when staying in an executive room.
It felt very luxurious for us, especially since we just came back from the jungle. Everyone was nice, the room was big, clean and well-provided, there was room service
The food was excellent for both lunch and breakfast. The foyer entrance, restaurants and bar area are 5 star, but other areas of this ‘Marriott’ hotel are not 5 star.
5-star facility @ USD 30.00 is amazing. At the reception they upgraded my room to 'Deluxe' without my asking. That was real surprise for me. I didn't feel like walking as the floor was so clean that I didn't want to spoil it! There are a good number of malls and branded stores nearby. Taxi arrangements are excellent and economical.
First, the staff is friendly and helpful, meeting the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Special shout-out to Debang, Nurul and Johannes. The breakfast buffet was really good. And the food at Jade (Chinese restaurant) was within expectation. As for the room, the amenities are great.
The breakfast was variety of every things and the location in city Centre was excellent, however; Unavailability of the bar in 4/5 star hotel was unexpected!! The room was excellent with massage services in room was fabulous. Thank you.
The staff are friendly, the room is big, but the facilities wasn't complete. I need to request for simple thing like floor mat to be provided. They didn't really clean the room throughly, and didn't change bed sheets until i asked them to do. My room was uncleaned and dusty until I complained to them. The standart of five stars isn't match to the service and amnities.
Friendly staff, helping when they can. Facilities present in the room. Good bed. Almost soundproof room. Good toilet and shower. Grand Mercure is a 2star hotel compared to this one. Radisson should have 5 stars.
The staff are five star for sure. The swimming pool are of good size. Rooms are clean though the towels are a bit old. Check in and check out is pretty fast.
This is a well presented five star convention hotel in the heart of the city. Professional staff and high quality fittings. The business lounge on the 10th floor is a bonus.
