We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in the 6eme in Paris for a week in September. It was our 15th or so stay there since 2005. Little has changed over the years, except that the hotel turned its underground car park into a wonderful pool, gym and spa and gained an extra star to make it the best 5 star boutique hotel in Paris. What else has changed? Very little. The staff are still magnificently friendly and helpful, in the bar, at the front desk, in the breakfast room and the doormen. To be greeted by them each year as an old friend adds to the charme de la maison. The only long term difference has been that Jean Vernaz, the wonderful concierge is no longer there... he is now concierge at The Ritz! However, the lovely Coralie now leads the concierge team and maintains the high standard of help and friendship that we had from Jean. Flavian still runs the bar, the live Jazz is still there and all is well with the world.

Our room was well designed and had all the amenities one could possibly need. Very comfortable bed and pillows and great soundproofing.
Spotless cleaning throughout our stay and the housekeeping staff refilled our water bottles, which we really appreciated.
The staff really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Everyone was really friendly and caring.
There is a beautiful spa area in the basement that we unfortunately didn’t get a chance to try out.

Great building, well designed, unpretentious.
Staff were terrific. It was not possible to buy tickets at the Metro due to Olympics. Taxis were impossible. Chiara, one of the staff, walked me to the metro and used her personal app to get me on the tube. The best service I've ever received in a 5* hotel.
Food was excellent too.

Every aspect of our stay was outstanding. If you want a bespoke experience near Eiffel this is your place. Family operated and so lovely. Room was perfect, breakfast cooked to order, felt as if I was in my own apartment in Paris! 5 stars!

This is a gem in a great neighborhood in Paris, honestly what the space provides is posh luxury that is soothing and calming and very highly maintained. We felt like we booked a 5 stars hotel and even better. It exceeded our expectations. My only regret is we didn’t spend more time, we would definitely be contacting the owner in our coming visit to Paris. Self check in was very easy , we have could made a late check in at night, we had a late flight. It was possible for us to make a late check out. I highly recommend and advise.
This hotel exceeded 5 stars, the level of service that they offered was outstanding! they really made us feel welcome and whilst we had some issues in Paris they did everything they could to assist us resolving these despite it being nothing to do with the hotel. Truly amazing stay
So well located place, design, comfy and cozy. The quality of the furnitures, it was like sleeping on a cloud. It felt like a private luxury 5 stars residence. We will definitely come back here for my next trip to Paris.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff, especially managers Ilona and the other girl, were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special mention to the gentleman who assisted with luggage – excellent service, truly deserving of 5 stars.

Absolutely everything. This was the best stay of our entire lives and we have stayed in some lovley hotels. Cannot speak highly of this hotel and their staff. The hotel facilities on their own are 5 star but the service from the staff adds another 5 stars on top of that!
The hotel staff helped me plan a proposal in the hotel and it was nothing short of perfection. Simon and his colleague on reception who had the glasses (sorry i forget her name) were incredible. I will never forget the service they gave us.
