Altapura serves a breakfast in the restaurant 2Mille3, and also has 3 restaurants including a chic bistro and a cheese specialist. The bar is ideal for relaxing with a drink and using the free Wi-Fi or reading one of the newspapers.

We had a junior suite. The description said a double bed with a sofa bed for one child and a separate room with a single bed for another child. In actual fact there was a pull out bed under the single bed so both children could sleep in the little room together which was much better. The suite was spacious with plenty of storage. A table and sofa where we could sit and play games. The spa was amazing and the perfect wind down after a day’s skiing. Children allowed until 6pm which was good for a cut off time and for people without kids! The restaurants were all great. The dinner buffet was very varied and good value. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. One server called Gaylord was particularly attentive and remembered all our morning coffee orders from day one. Another lady, Vicky, was incredibly kind and helpful after I’d hurt my leg skiing. Overall a fantastic hotel which we would thoroughly recommend and will be coming back to!

The staff were very helpful. Our daughter was ill during the stay, they helped to change the bed sheet very professionally. One night the reception helped to call the doctors at 2am and gave us a lot of support. We feel very well looked after. The room was clear, good size, and all the facility are working in good condition. The facilities onsite such as ski shop and restaurant is superb. The location is good for ski too.

Superb location - ski in ski out when there is plenty of snow, as we had. Easy to get around the resort due to easy access to the free Preyerand gondolas which operate to 11pm. Spacious, well appointed apartment, with it's own heated ski locker. Sherpa supermarket opposite made shopping for croissants, bread and milk quick and easy. It also offered rotisserie chicken and fondue packs. Intersport ski hire was also just a few meters away, which made picking up our skis very easy.

It's a hostel, so we knew we would not be getting luxury accommodation. We wanted somewhere to stay for an extra couple of nights before moving on to our main accommodation for a full week. Ho36 was very nice, and an excellent budget option. The communal area / bar / restaurant is welcoming and attractive, and the food and drink options great. The family room is small, which we expected, but clean and nicely furnished.

So this is not a luxury stay but it was perfect for what we needed. Ski-in/Ski-out, clean, comfortable, a lovely breakfast included, tea and coffee available all day for free, and apres-ski refreshments offered for a small price. the kids loved having the table tennis room as well. if you’re traveling from abroad, I recommend a power strip as the hotel rooms are sparse on outlets. The stand out here was the staff. All of the folks we encountered went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and our needs (and wants!) were met.

N&C is a simple hotel for those that want to go ski in the domain and want good value for money (when prices are low). Breakfast and dinner were ok with nothing being outstanding. If you are going to ski only and not spend much time at the property it will perfectly fit your needs.
