    The place was nice it's a five star hotel, it's a bit old but the room is very well taken care of, the pool was nice with a little jacuzzi but it's very very small for the size of the hotel, it was always busy and hard to find a sun bed around the pool! the outdoor pool we didn't try, The breakfast was rich and very good. All in all a very good stay with nice amazing views, all the rooms have seaview balconies, so don't pay extra for that!

    This is a what I call a gem of a hotel. Staff very helpful. I'm a hygiene technician and I can safely say this hotel has high standards of cleanliness. There are hotel's I have used in the past, but this hotel brings out quality. For me there is not one hotel in Puerto de la cruz that this hotel brings out a true experience. Small it maybe but it is very much more than 5 stars.

    The rooms are very nice with a nice view and the pool area in the Spa is very nice. Breakfast was not as expected in a 5 star hotel, but ok.

    It was one of my best stay!! We got upgraded to a Suite, because the hotel was overbooked, what an amazing experience!! The room was huge! The shower experience with the lights is so good. The bed is very comfortable and large. The staff were incredibly nice. Great choice at breakfast buffet. For me this hotel was much better than lots of 5-stars hotels I have been to.

    SUPER FRIENDLY EFFICIENT STAFF, LOCATION WAS PERFECT . CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS AND SUPERMARKETS AND THE SEA. THE HOTEL WAS LIKE A 5 STAR, EVERYTHING WAS NEW AND HI TECH WITH A SUPER JACUZZI ON THE ROOF

    Very close to bus terminal, beach, restaurants, bars and markets. The apartment is well equipped, it is perfect for a very long stay. The balcony is the main attraction, you can enjoy your meal in a 5 star venue.

    Tiziana & Claudio were tremendous hosts -so very warm, welcoming and friendly - hospitality at its finest. Thank you so much for all your care. The apartment is tremendously located, right beside the sea and Lago Martinez -really beautiful views and you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The apartment itself is 5 stars -impeccably clean and chic, modern luxury. A beautiful apartment with beautiful hosts. If you are in Puerto de la Cruz you will not find better. Tremendous in every way

    Jesus and the girl on reception were particularly helpful as I had a broken leg and was in a wheelchair. Our room was changed to a disabled room which was a big help.Also the bar staff helped us get seated, moving chairs for access. Excellent service from all the hotel staff we encountered. 5 stars +. Thankyou.

    Everything was excellent!...the rooftop sunbathing area was the highlight for me and the pool!.loved the location..so close to Bus Station..Staff sooo friendly..lots of smiles..happy. I shall return oneday!..Even printed my boarding card out for my flight home..Thank you!..You even gave me a large room overlooking Mount Teide..BIG THANK YOU!..I would call this hotel a 3.5 stars hotel..The roof top views are impressive and second to none..even with a pool!..Breakfast was an adequate spread..lovely start to the day.
