When the accommodation is just as important as the destination, a five-star stay should give that extra ‘wow’ factor as you enter the lobby. As well as offering the kind of service to make you feel like royalty, you’ll usually find highly rated on-site spas, gourmet restaurants and top-of-the-line beds you won’t want to get out of.
Overall a very nice hotel, however not 5 star. Beautiful location and design details in the rooms and grounds. Le Labo products in the bathroom and very fluffy big towels provided. Pool area is very chic with stunning views.
Attention to detail was superb. Beautiful building, sympathetically designed with a real luxurious feel. Every area was on point. The staff were welcoming, personable and informed. The welcome drink was a beautiful hand crafted cocktail that was truly delicious.
Location is superb, right next to the beach and 10 mins into the centre of town to bars and restaurants. Staff were absolutely outstanding, really friendly. Place feels very safe.
The location of the hotel was excellent, but the best thing by far was the outstanding staff. Everyone was superbly professional, courteous and helpful.

Luis the manager and his staff were absolutely amazing and could not fault there attention to detail in helping us resolve a situation and they really made my husband feel very special as it was his 60th birthday. Fabulous roof top bar.
Our stay was flawless. The hotel is close to Dart Vila and we could walk there. The pool and the sea view are fantastic and the staff is so welcoming, friendly, supportive and kind. We loved every minute of our stay. 5 stars to the concierge personnel for their brilliant suggestions and their priceless kindness.

A very good and diverse breakfast! We loved it! It was something for everyone: from fresh fruits to yoghurt, salmon, avocado and much more.
A little over-priced given the area isn't so luxurious in and of itself. They say it's 5 stars but it's more like 4 stars. If you're OK with this little fact, then it's definitely an OK place to stay.
Amazing design, great location and extraordinary Staff, very nice restaurant. The Team at Torre del Canonego is just incredible, with a very special mention to wonderful Michela who was there every second for us. She and all her colleagues made our stay a 5 stars + experience. With no doubts the best service in Ibiza we have ever experienced. We strongly advise this amazing boutique hotel to live Ibiza by a privileged point of view.
