The staff was super nice, helpful, attentive, effective and friendly. Tons of care went into customizing our experience to our liking, down to the choice of daily chocolate left at our bed. The Vila Solarium is amazing in both looks and amenities and is totally worth the price for a special occasion. The hotel is perfect for all-day stays. There's hardly any reason to leave it for more than a short trip to a zoo or water park. The cocktails are simply awesome and the buffet at both breakfast and dinner is very diverse with skilled grillmen preparing omletes, fish, seafood and meats to your exact liking. The pools are splendid, as are the sunbeds and king-size beds next to them.

We really enjoy our stay at Tivoli. Our room Premium Double with Partial Ocean view was spacious and comfortable with the big balcony. It was ocean front, but on the 3rd floor, still the view was amazing. The breakfast is great and varied. SEEN restaurant is something special with a great view. Around the hotel it is quite calm area, which we enjoy. 15 mins away there is a nice village - La Caleta with a few restaurants with a spectacular view (better reserve in advance). Everything was perfect. Location is excellent if you have a car as beach and town is little away. The staff is really nice. Breakfast was amazing. Our villa had a pool with a very nice view. They decorated it beautifully for our anniversary. They also have one of the best spa.
