We had an incredible time during our stay at Royal River! Lydia, the manager was very hospitable and ensured we had a fantastic stay. Samir at the reception helped us with a smooth check in and had excellent recommendations of restaurants around the island. The rooftop restaurant was gorgeous with views of the sea and mountains, we really appreciated that they had a special vegetarian menu for us! Also enjoyed the breakfast spread especially the Churros and violinist by the pool on Sunday. The real highlight was of course the stunning blue and green river combined with our private pool! Absolutely loved the relaxing jacuzzi and infinity pool too. Cannot wait to come back and stay here! Luxury at its best.

Spacious room, very nice amenities, good cleaning service for the room (several times per day), spectacular views towards the ocean and Gomera, excellent hotel location, in a quiet area (very good to have it in Tenerife these days), very nice pool area (several pools, some of them heated) and pool bar (thanks Justin for the drink service), excellent restaurants (thanks Ana-Maria, Luis and Jose Luis for a very good and discrete service) with a good variety of foods and wines, nice and very useful reception service (thank you, Cristina!), spacious underground parking. Not the first time in Tenerife and all in all I can say that this hotel is probably one of the best on the island and fully deserves its stars.

Kids' room is great for parents to have spare time. The location is perfect, the rooms are big and have everything you'd need including staff. The breakfast is huge and also there is another kids' room so parents can eat while kids are playing.

Beautiful looking villas surrounded by luscious and meticulously kept tropical landscaping. The hotel is spread over quite a large area with a lot of hills, but the staff will happily chauffeur you to your room in a buggy as often as you like. This is a pro for me but maybe a con for others - the hotel is very quiet, relaxing and tranquil, even moreso in the evenings. Do not go there to expect to party/socialise but to enjoy peace and relaxation. We booked a standard room and this was the largest standard hotel room I have ever stayed in. It had 2 floors, 2 showers, a bath, 2 toilets and a kitchen. Terrace accessible from downstairs is the same size as most modern hotel rooms and featured a sofa, coffee table, dining table and two loungers. All with stunning views of the mountains and sea. Upstairs also also had a balcony. The room was spotless and cleaned to a high standard. WiFi in the room was great, and generally good across the whole hotel complex. In short, the rooms are amazing. The hotel has 3 pools on 3 different levels in the centre of the hotel. There was no problem in getting a lounger directly at the pool at any time of the day. Pool and it's surroundings were very clean and the loungers very comfortable. Parasols available for every 2 beds. Pools get sunshine throughout the day without almost no shade. Overall, pool. experience was excellent. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Food was good to great at the 2 restaurants, we never had a single bad experience dining. Perhaps the best thing about the stay was the staff. Every single member of staff is courteous, obliging and friendly. They work exceptionally hard to make you feel that you are well cared for in their hands. I would especially like to thank Anastasias at reception; Fernando and Hugo our bellmen; and Juan, Giselle and Diego at La Torre who delivered a custom birthday cake to my son which made the evening very special.

We really enjoy our stay at Tivoli. Our room Premium Double with Partial Ocean view was spacious and comfortable with the big balcony. It was ocean front, but on the 3rd floor, still the view was amazing. The breakfast is great and varied. SEEN restaurant is something special with a great view. Around the hotel it is quite calm area, which we enjoy. 15 mins away there is a nice village - La Caleta with a few restaurants with a spectacular view (better reserve in advance). Really beautiful property located right along the beach and main walkway along the ocean. Service was exceptional. The included buffet breakfast had everything anyone would want. Fabulous pool with plenty of places to relax. This is the best place in Costa Adeje and probably the best place to stay in Tenerife.

This is a high-end establishment that we really enjoyed. Everything is designed with an impeccable taste and their Christmas decorations were fabulous. Delicious breakfast buffet with seasonal local produce. Cute spa facilities that were available after reservation. Got the chance to play squash for the first time, it was definitely cool. We didn't try the gym but it looked decent. Convenient free underground parking. Friendly receptionists who were very quick to respond via whatsapp. Well-equipped room, with bath-robe, indoor shoes etc. Beautiful view from the infinity communal pool.

The property is very nice, clean and has everything to really relax. The staff was amazing and responsive. Very good breakfasts and lunches, the food was really exceptional. The room is spacious and had an amazing ocean view. The location is also quite comfortable - most of the tour busses stop by the hotel or nearby.
