Decor, service, rooms, facilities, and staff were exceptional! Could not fault the hotel, it was the most romantic and relaxing holiday!
No ask was too much. Our pillows were swapped out on request, staff made the best recommendations for local amenities, and we quickly realised that everyone in the hotel had a "where there is a will, there is a way" attitude.

Rooms well appointed. Although we could not stay on in our room to accommodate a later flight the reception appointed us an alternative room to use which made the wait for transfer and flight much easier.

The location and facilities are truly stunning, and staff are super friendly. It feels very private around the enormous pool and sun lounging area because it's very well laid out. This is absolutely a 5 star hotel and I would highly recommend staying here.

This my first time trying all inclusive and it was such a great experience. The pool was heated and the view was amazing. The Staff were so friendly and kept making sure we were alright. Always on hand to fill our drinks when needed. Breakfast was incredible especially with the view and everyday a pastry chef would make something special for us to try. We would eat at restaurants most nights but the Buffet in the main building had plenty of food. We were overwhelmed. It was nice to try new types of foods that you wouldn't normally. Our room was gorges and even when we checked out they looked after us up until we left for the airport.

Pool (all 4 of them) were absolutely amazing - definitely a highlight of the hotel
Food: we took half board in Hard Rock Hotel, and it was the best food (breakfast & Dinner) among the rest of the Canary Islands hotels, though other hotels were also 5 stars. They have a great verity, quality food and delicious.
Pool: it was warm enough to enjoy swimming in the unexpected cold weather.
Room: was spacious with contemporary set up and furniture, but didn't like the idea of the sinks in the room with no partition.
Absolutely fabulous, the accommodation, the location and the staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. The bonus was if you had a late flight home, there were lovely shower facilities available just off reception. Clean towels were also provided. 5 stars Sunset Bay
The location was perfect, lovely and quiet! The view from the apartment was just breathtaking. The balcony was perfect too and at the night you could sit out and look at the stars. Bed was massive and very comfy, we couldn’t fault it for us 5 stars! Thank you for an amazing holiday.

Apartment was great apart from the electrics not working. It made it difficult. I heard a cleaner plug in a hoover and my electrics would trip hence I kept having every 5 minutes to go to the fuse box and reset the electrics after a staff member shiwed ke hiw to reset it. Staff were lovely and tried to help. They had a tennis court and you could pay for an instructor/tennis coach. The Instructor /tennis coach was really good. So I give it 3 out of 5 stars because of the electrics. If the electrics had worked it would have got 5 stars.
I stayed with 2 of my friends in this apartment mid august and it was absolutely perfect. The complex is quiet and the room is on the doorstep of the pool. The hosts kindly left amenities like towels and shower products, as well as a bottle of wine on arrival! It takes about 5/10 mins to walk down to the beach which was perfect. The apartment overall was very modern, clean and spacious, with plenty of space for 3 people. We also really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Overall 5 stars from me!
Beautiful new hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and quick to get us checked in. Our room was superb and exceeded our expectations. We decided to go half board and so glad we did. Probably one of the best breakfast / dinner buffets we’ve had. On our last day, the hotel even gave us a room to use so we could shower before our flight home. 5 stars from us and we’ll definitely be visiting again soon! A big thank you to Labranda Suites.
