The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were so helpful. The view and sunset very worth it. We didn’t want to leave the pool. Kids loved it too!! The service provided at the front desk was exceptional, especially the team organising tours.

Hotel was very nice, comfortable, well kept, beach was close and sand was clear / maintained (sometimes an issue in this part of Colombia due to natural debris that wash up on shore. Staff very friendly. There was a little confusion about them mixing up the rooms, staff did their best to correct it. We booked 3 rooms, trying to stay close together though. They already had 2 of the 3 of the rooms on different floors, after staff adjusted the rooms to clear up the mix up it ended up spreading out group out more though. Still no complaints.
Restaurant's breakfast was amazing. A traditional Colombian buffet spread (which is not normal at most Colombian hotels, at least in my experience) plus lots your standard 'American' offerings like eggs and french toast.
Trekker Glamping has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Minca. Each accommodation at the 5-star hotel has mountain views, and guests can enjoy access to a hot tub.

Exceptional view, exactly like the pictures. A real oasis of calm that more than delivered on what was promised. The jacuzzi is a stunning place to welcome in the day. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, excellent communication in advance. Food was tasty and varied, particularly given how remote the location is! Drinks were delicious and all reasonably priced. We loved how at peace Trekker Glamping felt- and definitely recommend!

Very nice hostel! Don’t expect a 5 star resort, but it has a lot of charm. Lots of animals around. The shower and our room both had an amazing view over the hills. The food was basic but good enough. The staff were very helpful. We could leave our luggage here during our two day hike in the tayrona park. Wish we could have stayed another night!
We had a short but great stay at Casa Gaitana. The room and the hotel are both great, with a unique style that has a lot of personality. The common areas are really great, but the best thing of this place is Diana, a lovely staff member who is a STAR and made us feel super important, looked after us like proper 5-star guests and took care of everything we needed with a smile. She is the best and we already miss her!
The attention was excelent. Gisela and Alber are great hosts always willing to solve any inconvenience. The location of both of their hotels (this one in Santa Marta and the other at Taganga) is great. It is not a 5 stars experience but as the name of the hotel says, its comfortable in all aspects. We're thankfull
We read the reviews, and we chose this location. 5 min away from the main tourist hub. Mattresses are firm but slept perfect, shower is small but fine. Nights are quiet, and personel is really gentle, helpful and authentic. It's the cheapest private room in the centre so don't expect 5 stars but it's really good. The people at the desk will guide you the best way into the tourist area.
We liked almost everything about this hotel. For Colombia this is definitely a 5 star luxurious resort. There’s a supermarket in the walking distance, the hotel area is well taken care of, the lush green is amazing, the beach is very nice and clean. The personnel is very friendly,
Wow what a beautiful, classy establishment, have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and this is up there with them. The staff are absolutely superb,have a touch of class in every aspect and those little touches make the difference in giving you that perfect stay.
