We arrived early after a long and troublesome journey and before 3pm.
Reception lady Lesly quickly organised for us to have early access to our room which was brilliant.
Room was clean, bed super-comfortable, bathroom / shower perfect. Air-con just right.
Breakfast was superb.
Outdoor pool is heated which made it comfortable to use up to the 6.30pm closing time.

The location is superb. Breakfast good and the swimming pool area nice, though the music doesn't have to be that loud at 9am in the morning IMO! it's not meant to be a party hotel!
The food was good, the staff was very accomodating and one of the kitchen staff spoke a bit of English. The front desk staff/check in/out was excellent. They were able to help us with tour operators to Chichamocha park and to Juans Falls the next day. My flight was much later than check out, and they were able to allow us to check out late.

The staff was very nice. Workers go the extra mile to help you. The restaurant treats you like a vip and breakfast is all included. The neighboorhood is safe and there's shopping malls, pharmacy, casino, supermarkets all walking distance of the hotel. Thank you BGA! Our home away from home.

Nice room, big and comfortable bed(for me), overall clean, of course its not a 4-5 star hotel but for this price its absolutely fine. Staff are very helpful but unfortunately don't speak any english.
Location is in centre, but don't get fooled, centre of Bucaramanga is quite busy(shops and markets, traffic) and pretty dangerous when it gets dark.
The hotel was truly 5 star luxury accomodation. The room was large, very clean and tidy.
The breakfast was a good choice of the standard options.
A roof top pool and relaxing area with great views of the city.
Attentive staff.
The shower was the best I have ever experience - I could have stayed under it all day....
