As well as offering the kind of service to make you feel like royalty, you’ll usually find highly rated on-site spas, gourmet restaurants and top-of-the-line beds you won’t want to get out of.
Starting off with the best, I don't think I've ever had an included breakfast this good from a hotel in this class. Truly outstanding. Beyond that the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was necessary given how hot Santa Fe gets, the location was good in the historic centre and close to Parque La Chinca where the food stalls set up at night, and the pool was nice to chill out in.
The location is ideal, the pool enjoyable, staff absolutely superb.
They take great care of their guests and go out of their way to help and to perfect the experience.
The rooms were comfy and any issues were solved immediately. We would book again!
