The location is superb, just a very short and easy walk away from most of the main sights in Nanjing. The staff are the most helpful hotel staff I've ever dealt with and the service has been the best I've ever received in any hotel I've stayed in to date. To name just one example, when I told the receptionists I needed a knife to cut some fruit, they literally delivered one to my door by sending someone to my room.

The location is very isolated and almost nothing but residence areas around. You will depend solely on the hotel amenities and shops during your stay. Else you will need to taxi out all time.
