While I stayed in the hotel, all staff were very helpful, kind, & nice. Even though my room had a little problem, the manager took good care of that issue & even upgraded my room. The property was beautiful and in a great location. We were visiting during canyon fair and they made it so welcoming and easy. They arranged multiple shuttle buses to go and come back. They also arranged a happy hour for all guests after our return from canton fair with free drinks and a few nibbles.The staff spoke perfect English and Lance in particular was incredibly helpful. I have already rebooked for when I return back to guangzhou.
