You can enjoy the amazing view into nature from inside through the big windows, from the big porch or - and this was our big highlight - from the fire-heated hot tub. At night you can watch the stars sitting in the hot tub with nothing but nature around. It is simply beautiful and a great place to calm down, relax and enjoy the quiet away from all street noise. Since it is entirely off the grid, it is not affected by loadshedding. We’d highly recommend taking a factory tour in the olive oil factory with Allison while there. Both Allison and Francis are very welcoming, friendly and caring hosts. If we ever make it back to South Africa, the trip up to the farm with this special cottage will be a must on the itenerary!

Beautiful house with a fantastic garden and a stunning view. Our room was very large and comfortable. Very nice pool, Great breakfast. Just few minutes out of Stellenbosch.

A fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the farm stay, the units come with bed linen and towels. Great location and facilities. The cottages are lovely, hot tub was great. The pool was clean and a welcome break from the heat. Attention to detail is evident all around and our stay was really relaxing. Will definitely come stay again, next time with a group of friends.

Rustic, peaceful and very comfortable. You get the benefit of feeling like you are on a farm whilst still only a short walk into town. Farm fresh eggs, milk and rusks provided in the kitchen as well as local wine selection all added a welcome touch. The outdoor shower from which you can see the mountains was also a highlight.

First of all i would like to thank louwrina for hospitality and kindness ☺️ The cottage was beyond our expectations and the view was incredible Its very cozy cottage and their breakfast is very delicious ( order their banana bread yumm) They respond very fast and recommend us restaurant Well be back for sure !

Boasting views over the valley, Saronsberg Vineyard Cottages offers cosy cottages with a lounge area. Situated just outside the historic town of Tulbagh on the slopes of the Saronsberg Mountain, It features Saronsberg wine tasting room. Everything was perfect, location, cleanliness, facilities. we had a picnic hamper delivered to the cottage, it was excellent value for money. The wine tasting was also an enjoyable experience.
