Morning Mist has a lovely environment in the middle of the jungle and Khao Sok village. Plants and wildlife are plentiful. The air conditioned bungalows are comfortable but maintain a pleasant rustic feel. The staff were very helpful, organising a 2 day 1 night lake tour and further bookings.

The staff were so friendly, the beach front location with the attachment to the main strip was ideal. The interior design of the hotel was beautiful, loved the style and the simplistic rustic style. Lastly the food was gorgeous and big portions!

Incredible place!! Rustic and if you're outdoorsy you'll love it! We slept in a tent and it was awesome. Food was really good and the family and people working here were the nicest. Definitely stay here, the tours are good prices.

Great location and setting. We stayed in a beachfront villa and overlooked the ocean. Great location just walking into town either across the beach or just behind the beach. Room was clean and spacious with a rustic feel. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

The best thing was the proximity of Koh Ma Beach where snorkelling and watching sunset are a must. I also enjoyed being next to the sunset viewpoint, just a few steps away from Utopia, at 360 bar-restaurant. Their food quality is good. If you're interpid enough, the resort has a short trail leading to the cliff where swimming and snorkelling without crowds are the extra bonuses. The rocks have barnacles all over them, so climbing out of the water should be done carefully. Dar the receptionist was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The location was amazing! Although quite a distance from the main resort town, it was worth the effort to get there! The family were so friendly and helpful, especially Mung! Would definitely recommend for a true rustic escape.

Very nice bungalows with comfortable beds. Breakfast was good with a decent choice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a small problem with the lock of our door, which was fixed immediately. We also booked a lake tour via the hotel which was really nice and less touristy than expected. The cooking class that you can book via the hotel we can also highly recommend (at Rungfah Farmstay)!

May is a perfect host. She is friendly and interested and because of that you feel the passion for her lodge and her guests immediately. We travelled a lot but this kind of passion is very rare. The breakfast is perfect and also every tour we booked via the Bliss. The farmhouse cooking class was so enjoyable. We were almost sad that we had to leave
