We had a wonderful few days at Ferienhof Löwe. We used it as a base for visiting Passau and Bayerische Wald, and had a great day experiencing farm life. The kids got to drive in the tractor to feed the cows, groom the ponies, and go for a ride in the pony trap. The hosts were very friendly and happy to chat with us about the farm. The apartment was well equipped, including some of those things that it’s so annoying when self-catering venues don’t have (eg hand soap and hand towels). The pool was great, SAFELY FENCED (which is rare in holiday lets, IMexperience), and warm enough for the kids to enjoy evening swims after we got back from our day’s excursions.

Great location…very rustic
Very large rooms with a traditional rustic vibe. Beautiful views of the village and the surroundings. The restaurant downstairs is a traditional german one with fresh (probably local) traditional produce. The owner and staff were very friendly and nice the whole time.

Great location in rural Bavaria, just outside the village of Haidmühle and perfect for a relaxing stay. My room had a lovely view over open fields. The landlady was super friendly and her house is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was ample and I enjoyed chatting to the other guests.
The restaurant, beer garden. As the property is 9klms from Passau it was great that we could have dinner without going out. The breakfast was also good. in a quiet, partly rural area. Loved the church bells right next door.

The location is simply superb. This is a farmhouse with horses and chickens. It is in the middle of nature and the host is very friendly. Host even gave us fresh eggs for our breakfast. we loved our stay here.
