I was looking for a some accommodation with affordable price, rather difficult task for Switzerland. So the price was the main search criterion, so I booked this place. But apart from more than affordable price, this farm stay is really cool! Beautiful location on the hill in the Emmental, owners are friendly, free parking. You can see some pigs, cows, so you are close to the nature. The room and bathroom were very clean, wifi fast. I find such cool place even better than hotels in the city! Would definitely stay again there!

Ski storage space is available on-site and both skiing and cycling can be enjoyed within close proximity of the farm stay. The hosts, the cows, the cleanliness, the wifi, the sauna, we had everything and more as the hosts made sure we hade sledges, snow shoes, a raclette and fondue set and even gifted us cheese from their own cows. It was a perfect stay that can rarely be found these days. We ll be back.

Anne was an excellent hostess and the apartment was clean, cozy and comfortable. Our kids are still talking about meeting the alpacas, cows and pigs. Inside the apartment, the kitchen made it easy to do a quick dinner, and as an extra bonus there was a big toy chest that all three of our kids loved. Next time we'll be sure to stay for more than one night!

On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the farm stay's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. Anne and Andy could not have made my stay more perfect. I had been on business all week in a larger hotel and with meetings every day, the quiet setting in such a lovely location was what I needed. Though it was November I was able to walk around the grounds and town in the day and I was able to see the cows when they came in to feed at night. Heidi, their dog, was happy to greet me which in addition to the friendliness and helpfulness of Anne made me feel at home. There are 2 rooms for guests and then large common area, modern bath and quaint kitchen which I was worried about at first, but everything is so organized. You have your own spaces in the bathroom and kitchen so always know where you can put your things. The breakfast is so generous (with freshly baked bread daily) that I had leftover that I used it for my evening meal. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone that is looking for a quiet place in the country yet just a few short kilometers from Bern.

The farm stay offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. Everything was great. We all had great time. It someone is travelling with family to this location for a holiday, this would be the best holiday home to look for booking. Farm animals - horses, ponies, roosters' family 🐓🐔, kids play area, restaurant attached to the house, self cooking capabilities, entertainment facilities, last bit not least marvelous valley view, surrounded by snow capped mountains. The hospitality has been great. Many thanks to the host for making our stay memorable and enjoyable.
