The room is situated actually directly inside / above the stable so the view from both windows (one on each side) as directly into the stable with lots of horses. We were allowed to see the horses and were even offered to try some horse milk at the breakfast. It is worth an experience!

This property was amazing and we had the most amazing stay. Willy the home owner was a lovely person and prepared an outstanding breakfast sourced from local farms. He allowed the children to use the garden and look for his cats. We had an amazing stay here.
Breakfast was very good (incl.omelette from own eggs); quantity was OK for us. Location is almost rural -- fine for us, but be aware that there is no nightlife nearby. Very friendly & helpful staff.
The house was lovely, nice and comfortable with large rooms. A very nice rural location and the host was very nice to deal with. There was secure parking offered. The horses in the back garden and the chickens wandering around give a real sense of the countryside. The cockerel is a great alarm clock as well!

All hotel staff are helpful and friendly, thank you so much to all of them! Furnishings in the rooms are new and well-maintained, and the cleanliness of the rooms is at a high level! Special thanks to the cleaning staff! Also the ventilation and air conditioning work absolutely very well. This hotel is more affordable than its branch in the historical center, but it has completely modern facilities and wonderful staff, I recommend it to everyone.

A beautifully restored old farmhouse. Rose is a lovely host and could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Her home is carefully restored, maintaining many original features.
Annelies, our host, was exceptionally responsive and attentive. The location was perfect for cycling many of the iconic routes in Flanders, including the Muur van Geraardsbergen which is close by. The accommodations were spacious, comfortable, and clean. A quaint farmhouse with lots of charm. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace after a long day. An excellent stay. I would highly recommend.
