El Bolsón
All units in the farm stay are fitted with a flat-screen TV. Every unit is fitted with a kettle and a private bathroom, while certain rooms have a balcony and some have garden views. At the farm stay, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The host, Andy, was very friendly and responded very quickly to our last minute reservation. He left in the apartment some delicious goodies elaborated from his own orchard. Delicious apple and pear juices, some friends’ local beer and vermouth. All for sale. The beds were very confortable with white and clean sheets. As were the set of towels.
Puerto Madryn
Set in a privileged natural environment 3 km from El Doradillo, La Calandria B&B Destilería de Lavandas offers bungalows with country-style stone furnishings. A daily breakfast with homemade produce can be enjoyed daily on the terrace. The property also offers vegetarian and traditional Patagonian dishes on request. Great quiet place with a lot of piece and privacy! A rental car is necessary, but if you have one anyway, this is a great location to relax. Especially Daniel it’s a great host! helping out a lot with everything we needed! Tips to visit, referring a god car rental and even with exchanging money.

Estancia is located far from town. It is very calm and quiet place. The views were amazing. We enjoyed the horse riding. The host and whole staff was amazing - special thanks to Samuel.
Rancho Grande is at a great location in El Chaltén - close to the start of all the famous trekking trails. The restaurant area is open 24/7 - food is great (huge and delicious Milanesas! By staying in the hostel, I got 10% discount for all dinners. The atmosphere is very cozy, perfect for an after-hike relaxation. The kitchen area is big, common areas are well-designed.
I preferred this hostel to the Rancho Grande (I stayed in both). It’s smaller, right around the corner, and is not as busy as the Rancho grande. Same owners
Estancia la Estela was a dream location facing a beautiful lake and the Fitz Roy. The rooms were modern and clean and the entire staff was attentive and friendly. A special thank you to Fabio, Samuel, Nicole, and Juan, You made our trip one to remember. The staff goes above and beyond to prepare lunch for the hikes. The horse ride with lunch is a one of a kind experience with magnificent views, friendly horses, and delicious steak. Book as fast as you can!
Overall location looks nice, has a ranch vibe suited with the city, was clean, warm.
Gives the feel of a working farm. The views of Mt FitzRoy are unmatched.
Breakfast is perfect with a great selection of fruits, some hot food, cereals and the nicest bread I have had yet in Argentina. The lady at the front desk (I think she owns the place) cannot do enough to help. My room was quiet, great bed, beautiful view. I love the whole rustic lodge feel to the place. I loved it there. The hotel is beautiful ( it used to be an old farmhouse), the room was big enough and the bed comfortable.
