The hosts were super nice and thoughtful. Breakfast was served in a very careful and personalized way: as a vegan, they managed to get good and fresh options, most of them home made. They even had a shared kitchen were you could cook or grab some lunch/dinner from it. The room was big and comfortable, with a super comfy bed and very nice bathroom. We wanted a quiet place in the country and that was what we got. We even got to see the farm animals they have in the propriety. Would recommend to everyone who wants to get a modern and stylish place in a quiet and peaceful town in the beautiful Alentejo.

We were very happy with this acommodation, room was very spacious and very cosy. Comfortable bed, tv, wifi, even small complimentary snack basket. Bathroom was very clean. In front of the room we had small terrace with table, perfect for having a cup of coffee or even enjoy starry sky at night, as no light pollution in this area. Host was very friendly and helpful. Private parking available.

The property was so charming, and the rooms and other buildings were so nicely remodeled and decorated. The breakfast had the freshest food with homemade yogurt and granola, farm fresh eggs, delicious bread, and other items. It was better than the breakfast buffet we had in a 5 star hotel the night before. We loved the kitties wandering around the grounds and a friendly dog. So close to Monseraz, but enough away from the tourist crowds.

Breakfast was very good, all freshly prepared and served to your table, lovely and relaxed modern farmstyle atmosphere. Very friendly hosts,they really pay attention to details! We unfortunately stayed only one night but we'll be back some other time again! The comfy rooms are all new renovated and so is the mainbuilding. Viva Farmhouse is still busy growing, making it a relaxed place to spend a special time. There is a chilling pool area!

The owners, Susana and Guillermo, were the most lovely hosts. Viva Farmhouse is gorgeous and impeccable in its design… down to the finest details. They were inviting, warm and so welcoming. The breakfast is to die for and added features of a sustainable garden and baby goats and rabbits made our visit, though too short, incredible. We will definitely be back for longer.

Beautiful farmhouse, comfy rooms, great simple breakfast with freshly baked bread, cheeses, hams, preserves, fruit, really tasty. Breakfast is between 9 and 11, so if you need to leave earlier, than you should strategize. We had a few requests that were fully and promptly met. Would love to go back some day when the pool is open.

everything was absolute poetry! Starting from the staff, warm-hearted and very helpful, to the facilities and the dreamy location. The breakfast, in terms of quality and variety was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. I promise myself that I’ll go back to Viva! Farmhouse! I left a piece of my heart there

overall everything is peaceful and cozy. it’s a farmhouse property that has been redone to modern tastes with a quirky, designer’s touch. they provide and serve a generous and varied breakfast of fruits, eggs, bacon, and breads with Portuguese and Brazilian twists — far superior to the typical American hotel breakfasts. The eggs are sourced from their own chickens. the views and surroundings are quite beautiful and peaceful. you’re situated in a small charming village with three restaurants.

Best breakfast we had during our trip! The room and common areas are very nicely decorated and cozy. Beatriz and the other members of the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Overall, great experience. Good luck with the farmhouse!

Friendly couple. Great farm stay. Good location to see monsaraz and wine lands. Fernanda will help with plates and table with a view outside if you brought simple food and give tea coffee in the morning if you don't take their full breakfast option.

This place is just awesome. Nice outdoor spaces, very comfortable bedding staff was very attentive. usually find rural/farm stays disappointing. This was upside surprise Note it’s 2 to 3 km from Monsarez so not for you if you want to stay in village
