Lovely, spacious, clean, nice pool and views. Hosts very friendly and helpful. The property is an historic 1000 year old building converted and modernized but still atmospheric. Setting in the farming area makes for nice walks etc The area near Todi is wonderful. Lots to do and see but you probably need a car.
This was an incredible location which provided us the real rural Italian dream we had imagined with the stunning surroundings. The settings and staff were phenomenal and we couldn’t have asked for any more! Every time we drove down the drive we were blown away with how lucky we were! The breakfast was a lovely addition with the cappuccino and such tasty homemade treats! A real gem of a hotel!

The apartment/farm-house is vey spacious and the cooling system was excellent. It had good facilities, in a quiet, private location among sunflower fields. It is only a few minutes drive into Todi. There is even a vegetable patch available for guests to use! Luca is a very friendly host.
It was a beautiful rural setting. With great space and scenery. Very authentic. Beautiful buildings and an enormous bedroom suite. Magnificent organic food. And although the staff were not all fluent in English they were very kind and very helpful
