We could visit Toscana &. Umbria. Location safe , parking ok, in apartment you had everything to manage a comfortable stay. The pool is clean &amazing. You definitely need a car to go for groceries or excursion but this was our intention! Arezzo needs to be seen, Siena also, Assisi,etc ..

My family and I fell in love with the place and the people. We feel at home, a familiar and cozy environment. The accommodations are beautiful and have their special touch for being historic, all very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also delicious and the view was breathtaking ❤️ Of course we couldn't have left without the local olive oil and wine, thank you for all your kindness to us, we love it and we'll be back.

The bed was large and comfortable. There was a moka pot and coffee left out. The shower was good enough with hot water.

Agriturismo Cafaggio Primo is an absolute gem with truly exceptional people. The view is breathtaking. The apartment was spotless and offered an incredible view. They offer locally sourced wine, salumi featuring assorted Italian meats, tuscan cheeses and fresh tomatoes from their garden. We reserved breakfast one day of our stay and it was beyond what we expected in quality and quantity. Additionally, the breakfast location was on the terrace overlooking the infinity pool and the Tuscan valley. We opted to stay for a dinner as well on site and the food was expertly prepared, delicious and in abundance. Simona's recommendations for places to eat, to visit and to tour local wineries all proved exceptional.
