Great pool in all terms, better than in most other places, very few people or nobody was around the pool during our stay, great restaurant right next to the property. Host even kindly provided us with the breakfast at 07:00 since we had to leave early for the airport. Thank you!

The location is remote with a terrible country road to the location but the place in tranquil and pleasant. The staff is absolutely great and accommodating. Breakfast was great and the owner arranged for limited food supplied in the evening when we didn't want to return to the town to eat.

The setting was incredible with beautiful views. The pool area is lovely and I really liked that we had sunbeds and a table reserved daily for our apartment. I also asked to move to a different area by the pool, which was solved immediately. The apartment was roomy and there was plenty of parking provided.

Very special place. Off the beaten track on the outskirts of a very beautiful town. Property is kept very well. Better than the photos suggest. Matilde the host was super amazing. Couldn’t have been more helpful. She gets 11 out of 10.

The rural location and beautiful villa and its historical connections with the Medici. Giovanni the owner and his staff were delightful, warm and helpful despite being busy harvesting the olives, which was interesting to watch. There were beautiful views from the terrace and balcony overlooking the hills and Prato in the distance. Really stunning location with ducks and ducklings roaming free.
We had a nice stay at the Villa, it is rustic and charming. Great place to just relax. Breakfast was far the best we had in Italy. Great views. The best was the in-house restaurant delicious food and from the region. Loved it.
This is a unique and cozy place to stay in the historical building standing on the hill which allows you to admire the panorama and city views of Prato town. Prato is within 10-15 min walk away. Room was cozy and spacious, and had a rustic atmosphere which I liked a lot. Host is very friendly and helpful. All in all I would recommend the place for everyone.
We loved our short cozy stay in rural Tuscany while being close to Florence. It really helped to enter in the spirit of Tuscany and Italy. The apartment is very comfortable and well decorated in harmony with the property. The staff was very kind and helpful.
