The service at this place is absolutely magnificent. All members of the staff are friendly and very helpful in any situation. The place is very clean and the breakfast is very good. Also the lighter meals served at the poolbar are good and come in large portions. The poolarea and the view of Etna is breathtaking.

I had a nice room with the view to the garden. There were plenty of parking places in the backyard. The ownership and the hotel staff were very gentle and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, especially the local pastries. Extraordinary seafood was available for dinner.

This is definately the best place to stay in Sicily! The room was just great - spacious, clean, with very large and comfortable bed and very large shower. We even get a special gift for Valentine’s Day - which was so cute. Gabrielle was really nice and helping, we got a few advices. Property has really nice pool with the view for Etna Volcano - so cool. For breakfast we got eggs from the farm, Italian specialities and sweets. Dipladenia is definitely worth coming back to Sicily!
