Very beautiful. Quiet. Maria theresa was so welcoming and helpful. La Civetta is centrally located making it very easy to go to Lecce, Gallipoli, Matera, ostuni, polignano, Bari, Alberobella etc. breakfast was outstanding and don't miss out on eating dinner there. Maria Theresa makes everything except for cheese and meat. her tirami su is the best I've ever had..

The surrounding are wonderful. Possibility to park in front of the door which is very convenient when you are travelling with luggages (compared to Alberobello which is a ZTL). The absence of air conditioning was not an issue as the structure of the trullo keeps it fresh inside. The host was available and very kind. We truly appreciated the home made breakfast in the room.
