Our house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool area is great and thoroughly cleaned every day. About the best view I have seen framed in a bedroom window in Tuscany...by day and at night. The farmhouse villa is on the top of a hill looking out over a deeply quiet landscape towards Monte Amiata. We almost felt we had the whole place and pool to ourselves. Apartment was huge. The relaxed hosts David and Laura were so respectful of guests needs for peace and space, and so friendly to talk when we did meet. No hesitation in recommending to anyone now, but actually want it to be just a place for ourselves if returning again.
